Suunnittelin teoksen vuosien 1995 ja 1996 aikana. Se valmistui lokakuussa 1996.
Pylväät on sorvattu teräksestä ne kantavat betonista valmistettua pyramidia.
Pyramidin lasilla katettuun jalustaosaan on tallennettu koulun historiaan liittyvää materiaalia.
Teos on osa Turun kaupungin ympäristötaideprojektia.
Projektin muita taiteilijoita ovat mm:Mario Merz, Mariella Bettineschi, Achim Kuhn, Micha Ullman, Jan-Erik Andersson ja Ger C. Bout.
I designed this monument during years 1995 and 1996. It was completed in October 1996.
The pillars have been turned of steel. They hold up the pyramid made of concrete.
In the basement, under the glass sheet there is a "museum space" for equipments from the school's history.
The monument is part of the Environmental Art Project in Turku.
Other artists in the project e.g.:Mario Merz, Mariella Bettineschi, Achim Kuhn, Micha Ullman, Jan-Erik Andersson and Ger C. Bout.
